Tried this twice, the first time was to celebrate the end of my first rotation, the second was bday cakes for colleagues. .Liked Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake the most. Liked Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake the most. Surrounded by a thin layer of chocolate and hazelnut, the cake was crispy and rich with chocolate cream on top.

The Crème Brulé was topped with a caramelised sugar crust and it was a bit hard to crack it. The custard base tasted sweet and was creamy. It would be better to have it while it was hotter.

The Le Casanova got three layers. Its exterior was a thick layer of ganache, then it got black chocolate mousse mixed with almond praline for its second layer, and vanilla cream for its interior. The cake had a smooth texture, but the sweetness was a bit overwhelming.

The sourness of the Lemon Meringue Tart was just right, and the sweetness of the Italian Meringue on top balanced the sourness.

The Caramel and Passion Fruit Cake and the Raspberry and Pistachio Tart were not that memorable in comparison. The Fruit Cake was a bit too sour though.
.
The cakes were quite pricey, maybe becoz they looked exquisite.
