My husband and I were roaming the Tai Hung area and came across this bistro. We ordered the Wagyu Corned Beef, Raclette Cheese and the French Spring Chicken, Truffle Thyme and fries with house made ketchup. They had a small but selective beer collection (I am not a wine person but you can bring your own and pay corkage). The owner was anxious to recommend the house specialties, maybe a bit too zealous.
