My husband and I were roaming the Tai Hung area and came across this bistro. We ordered the Wagyu Corned Beef, Raclette Cheese and the French Spring Chicken, Truffle Thyme and fries with house made ketchup. They had a small but selective beer collection (I am not a wine person but you can bring your own and pay corkage). The owner was anxious to recommend the house specialties, maybe a bit too zealous. My husband had corned beef. The beef, barley in cream sauce (?), arugula with warmed mealted cheese worked magic. Espicially the barley was cooked perfectly. The chicken was aromatic to say the least. The meat was tender and juicy. The presentation was pleasing to the eyes and built up anticipation with the nesting. See picture. The atmosphere was friendly and we saw repeated customers. A great cozzy, intermate date place. French cuisine runs up a large tap easily. I am not saying this place is cheap and the portion runs like a fench place should but I will come back. It is a good mix of drinks, food, people and ambiance.
