Buccatini Carbonara $98
This pasta was amazing. Every bite was very flavorful. Although the sauce was a bit greasy, the tastes of bacon, probably also onion, herbs and white wine, were well infused into every single tube of pasta. And the chef knew exactly what is a perfect el dente. Not sure if it is the best in town because I don't usually order Carbonara, but I just love it.
There was a live band. The music was not too loud and the atmosphere was good. Appreciated the service because the staff did change our share plates after the appetizer. Just not a norm for restaurants in this range.Post
