Cool HK winter mornings are great for a brisk walk to a congee place like Sang Kee. We ordered three types of congee from the English menus:- dace fish balls - fresh sliced fish- fish fillet and meatballs We also ordered the very delicious fried fish meat pancake. Not so great was the fried fritter which one normally has with congee - it did not taste fresh and was a bit oily.We also wanted the fried vermicelli but this is not available until 10am, so we ordered Chinese style milk tea and cha
