To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隱藏在巷弄的港式茶餐廳，是一對香港人老夫妻經營，店內的空間不大位置大約10個左右裝潢也很簡單，但很乾淨舒服😌賣的餐點主要以冰火菠蘿油、蛋撻、西多士、酥皮叉燒包、帕尼尼包為主👍，比較簡單沒有炒飯或是叉燒飯之類的餐點招牌蛋撻手工的港式蛋撻，外皮酥酥脆脆咬下去還會掉屑屑❗️❗️，吃起來甜度剛剛好吃完不會有很膩的感覺❤️冰火菠蘿油一咬下去有驚訝到，菠蘿麵包的皮相當酥脆會有一股淡淡的香氣跟融化的奶油一起吃，達到了一個平衡港式西多士金黃的外皮加上奶油煉乳的點綴，讓人看了食指大動😋，內餡是帶有顆粒的花生醬跟一般的西多士不太一樣凍檸樂炎炎夏日來一杯凍檸樂真的非常消暑又解渴🥰

招牌蛋撻
手工的港式蛋撻，外皮酥酥脆脆咬下去還會掉屑屑❗️❗️，吃起來甜度剛剛好吃完不會有很膩的感覺❤️
