A gigantic lengthy butter dosa is very impressive. It’s paper thin and finely rolled up, crispy with a buttery aroma yet slightly chewy in texture, served with 4 dipping sauces - curry, coconut, tomato, mint and coriander. What can I say, it’s absolutely addictive! This gives naan bread a run for its money!
