Today i decided to head over to Noodies for lunch. It was located at Sai Ying Pun, around 5 minutes walk from MTR and on the slope upwards. It was a small store, able to seat 10 over people, thus i came over around 2pm to skip the lunch crowd. Their noodle set was typical of any HK noodle stall. It cost $55, inclusive of any 3 topping. I am able to choose the soup base and noodle as well. Barley drink - As the weather was hot and i have eaten too much fried items recently, I decided to order their homemade drink. I requested it to be cold and the drink was clear and sweet, with strong barley taste.

In the end, I ordered their most popular noodles, which was in laksa soup base. The cheese made the laksa gravy more creamy and thick, which was quite a good combination. It will be better if it was more spicy. Udon was chewy and vermicelli was silky smooth. The serving was very huge with generous serving of shredded chicken and pork neck meat. They were soft and tender.
