Delicious, lovingly prepared; healthy and light

I go there often after my work out.  The Vietnamese noodle salad is a knockout (but menu changes) and you can tell they really put care into preparing the food and the menu.   What I really like is that they don't rely on Impossible or "processed vegan meat".  Most of their dishes are veggies prepared in a delicious way.  I now prefer them to my gym's cafe (SHHHH).  Nice little enclave!
