Finally, I get to try this Japanese restaurant that my friend has been telling me about. This restaurant is famous for crab and that’s exactly what I was craving for. This taraba crab set includes steamed egg, crab cake, tempera, undo and dessert. The steamed egg was so smooth, after every bite, it just slide through my throat. The deep fried crab cake was crunchy, I first thought it was creamy inside but this one is different. It was a mixture of crab meat and carrot; apparently they tasted very good together too.
The taraba crab tempera was the highlight of the day. There were two long pieces and they were just amazingly good. They were meaty and delicious. No wonder the staff recommended us to eat this. The other veggie temperas were tasty as well, all crispy and crunchy.
At the end, we still get to do hotpot. It was something different as the staff gave us a basket with paper as the pot. There were lots of veggie and they were fresh. The undo was yummy.
To finish off, we got the sorbet to refresh our palate.
