Decided to try another new restaurant for lunch. This time it is Sensu. It's a restaurant that is part of a group of restaurants under Gosango. So, when you enter, you have to inform the person at the reception which restaurant you are planning to dine in before they take you to a table. Sensu is on the left hand side. It's bright as it's facing the wonderful windows so you get a of natural light. There is a bar on on side and spacious seating throughout.During lunch time, they have a lunch set

During lunch time, they have a lunch set menu. Menu is in English and Chinese. Lunch set includes the daily soup, salad, main and a drink for under $200. There is an optional upgrade for dessert or change your salad to a beef tataki.
The daily soup was a corn soup. It arrived in a tea cup. A perfect way to drink it as it was rich and creamy. An intense corn taste and just soothing.
The salad was ok. A general house salad and was nicely dressed with a vinaigrette. It wasn't heavy handed at all but each leaf was well coated.
I ordered the handmade spaghetti with manila clams, broccolini and burned corn ($178). Delicious! There were so many clams! The meat was fresh and still had the nice salty ocean taste. Though a bit of sand was found in one of them. The pasta was al dente. The sauce was rich with a heavy seafood taste. There was some chili peppers to give it a bit of heat. Portion size was just right for me, but bigger stomachs may find this a bit small.
Overall, the food was pretty good and nicely presented. Food also came out very fast. I think everything came within 20 minutes. Service was nice. Definitely adding this to places to have for lunch. Will be back.
