Exploring Tin Hau, I found a number of new coffee shops that have opened in the past month. As all new coffee shops, I decided on a latte ($40). The latte art was nice though it started to disappear quite quickly. The coffee was fine with a slight fruity taste. The temperature was about right and the amount of espresso added was good.
I am always attracted to cakes and this is their Earl Gray Roll Cake ($55). The cake was wonderful. Moist and soft. The cream was smooth with a small hint of tea. It wasn't too sweet at all.
It was a nice enough cafe with decent coffee and delicous cake. Would probably be back.
