The egg inside the sandwich was not scrambled, it was fried lightly in the pan.
The luncheon ham and the egg tasted really nice together and the egg was really nice and tender because there were parts which were just egg white.The egg was nicely done in my opinion as there was no burnt bits or brown bits.
