My first visit to MANA!There are so many toppings to choose from! I went for a large salad (HKD 135), as it was dinner time, and picked a total of SIX toppings: 1. roasted cauliflower,3. roasted broccoli, 5. roasted cherry tomatoes, 7. portabello mushrooms (my favourite!), 8. grilled veggies, and 10. grilled tofu They went so well with the mix of rocket, kale and spinach which formed the base of the salad. Could finish the entire salad without even dipping the dressing! My least favourite toppin

7. portabello mushrooms (my favourite!),
8. grilled veggies, and
10. grilled tofu

They went so well with the mix of rocket, kale and spinach which formed the base of the salad. Could finish the entire salad without even dipping the dressing! My least favourite topping were the tofu and grilled veggies, not as flavourful on their own and only tasted nice with the dressing. The dressing I picked was Green Goodness, love its zesty flavour and absolutely delicious!

Would love to revisit and try their flatzzas, flatbread wraps and rainbow yams!
