My friend took me to this newly open Taiwanese restaurant tonight. This Taiwanese restaurant is quite different because it is famous for shrimps. The restaurant is fully booked every night so the food must be very yummy. We were very hungry so we ordered quite a lot of food. After we ordered, the staff went to the tank and picked up some shrimps for us therefore they were fresh. My friend took me to this newly open Taiwanese restaurant tonight. This Taiwanese restaurant is quite different because it is famous for shrimps. The restaurant is fully booked every night so the food must be very yummy. We were very hungry so we ordered quite a lot of food.

After we ordered, the staff went to the tank and picked up some shrimps for us therefore they were fresh. We got the Hong Kongese style "typhoon shelter spicy" flavour for the shrimps, it smelled so good, it was full of garlic and spices. The presentation was mouthwatering, the shrimps were very big in size. They were meaty and sweet. I removed the shell and then ate it with the garlic and spices. It was delicious! I highly recommend the shrimp!

As starter, we got the deep fried cuttlefish. Wow, it was amazingly good! The cuttlefish was so crunchy and tasty. The coating was so special, it was crispy and crunchy and had different flavour, it tasted like bean curd but I am not sure.

The Taiwanese sausage was very good as well, I've never seen black sausage before but apparently they tasted pretty good. The sausage was crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. They were a bit oily but I guess that's what they suppose to be like.

The fried kale with garlic was amazingly good! Oh my gosh! The kales were so fresh and crispy! Nowadays kale is so popular, this is my first time to try the cook kale and it was so good.

The traditional minced pork rice and noodles were yummy as well. They really tasted like the one I had in Taiwan. There were lots of minced pork and they were soft and delicious. The noodles were flat and stretchy.

The highlight of the night was the drink! The pineapple juice with mint was so tropical. The pineapple juice was freshly made, it was sweet and with a few mint leaves, it was so refreshing. Normally I can't take the mint but these one were fresh and not so strong.
