I rarely will pick to Chinese cuisine, but Red Almond's dishes did impressed me. Thin sliced pork belly with parsley and scallion... not too spicy, doesn't have that oily texture with the pork belly. Very good as an starterDumplings... good flavour and juicy fillings... Traditional 'Sichuan' style rice served in yellow beans...... Highly recommended!!!!
