I personally consider Feather and Bone a great steak option. You get to choose from a wide range of different cuts at the Butcher’s counter, as well as the sauces and sides you would like to pair your steak with. We went for the Wagyu sirloin and grass-fed ribeye and both were delicious. The wagyu sirloin was just so incredibly tender, buttery with delicate notes of umami, highly recommend! The ribeye was really good too, but of course the texture was nowhere near as tender as the wagyu. But honestly, unless it’s some sort of celebratory occasion, I would be happy with the grass-fed ribeye. We also ordered a side of thick-cut chips to go with the steak, though I would say the chips were a bit too thick and dark in colour for my liking, there were basically near-burnt potato wedges.

Would also recommend their steak tartare (HKD 158), very fresh and delicious with or without the variety of condiments they offer. I particularly enjoyed the garlic bread, totally took it to the next level!

We also ordered the smoked brisket pastrami (HKD 98), which didn’t exactly look as expected. I was expecting thicker cuts but guess I didn’t read the menu properly. Would probably opt for something else next time.

We also ordered their chocolate brownie (HKD 98) which of course tasted amazing though the popcorn was a little bit chewy.
