The satay soup beef hotpot was pretty impressive. The soup is really flavourful with a hint of spiciness. One can choose between pork and beef as toppings and I went for the beef this time and it was surprisingly tasty. There are also other ingredients such as meatballs and veggies in the hotpot and you can even top up for an extra portion of udon if you are craving for carbs.
The fried chicken braised pork rice was also pretty satisfying and nice. The braised pork rice is well-seasoned and I particularly like the sweetness of the soy sauce. The chicken is fried perfectly and is really tender. It is seasoned with generous amount of salt and pepper that reminds me of the flavour of Taiwanese night market!
