Deliciously sentimental Hainanaese Chicken

We were supposed to have a strike today, yet this little joint serves their popular Hainanese chicken rice to the ones in need. This hearty soup is prepared with red dates, chicken feet and pearl barley. I couldn’t taste any msg, it is sweet and authentic. The chicken was boneless and tender. The sauce was heavenly- garlicky and very spicy ! We love it. It would be even better if the rice can be mixed with chicken oil and comes in a larger portion. Thank you for serving us.
