As a not so dessert person, I had to say Paul Lafayet made me change my mind about desserts. Those extra calories that I once thought of as unnecesary, all of a sudden became worthy. APPLE CRUMBLE
A very good crumble, very buttery and light, although a little too sweet for my preference. Apple was soft and very rich in flavour. We heated it in the oven for a bit and marked a very satisfying night to a busy day!
