This is one of Meltly Place’s signature desserts - Meltly EarlGrey. It still remains one of my favourite although there is still many more to taste! The Earlgrey Chocolate Mouse Cake was well balanced; neither the Earlgrey nor the chocolate 🍫 flavours overpowered the other.
