Acai berries itself is marketed as a superfruit, meaning it is supposed to contain substantial health benefits. It boast amazing antioxidant properties and nourishing in a well balanced diet. It is quite difficult to buy frozen acai pack and DIY Acai bowlin Hong Kong. It looks like a dessert, and it even tastes like one. The ingredients are blended in to sorbet form and colored with acai berries color- purple. I think they added quite a number of frozen banana to strengthen the sweetness. And the taste of mix-berries are so refreshing. Recommend everyone to add peanut butter as one of the topping, they are just amazing.
Gonna to grab one more bowl after taking hot yoga lesson in central next week(They have two stores-central and wan chai)
