This is one of the few places that perplex me. I wonder why others seem to like it so much. Seoul Bros does fusion Korean, but in my opinion not in a good way. Their bibimbap is served with scrambled egg which I consider a downgrade from the traditional method. Their fried chicken is too chewy and the batter is thick with not much meat. They also only do sweet flavors like sweet/sour or sweet/spicy which I don’t like. Real Korean food should have a nice kick! I was also served a side of corn sal
