On a working Saturday and nearby we tried to look for something we ate before, offered light meals and quality food where we could revisit.

On our way we tried to think of several places and finally decided to stop at this place. Recalled last experience was fine when ordered takeout. Luckily an isle seat was available when we walked in and no wait time. Afterward we saw a few groups of 4, 5, and 6s and waited just a few mins to get theirs too as guests in and out quite fast and frequent.

Encored today with my typical dish, 1) sunshine eggs, 2) bbq pork with instant noodles. Egg was yellowish and oranged. Yolk was quite rich and tasty. It had the taste an egg supposed to have. Bbq pork is pale in color and no taste, not recommended. Instant noodles, as usual, we liked to be chewy so we asked to cook lesser time. We didn't add money for Japanese brand noodles.

I also got the chance to try their red sausage, thick cut and pan fried, we liked it.

Another dish we tried was their signature "Fermented Bean Curd" toast. Quite Cool and tasted good when it was served hot. Remember to spread butter all over the top and spoiled with condensed milk all around. Instead of syrup you are correct that they serve condensed milk.

Unfortunately we didn't try their hk style milk tea abut only came to know the boss is the Queen of Milk Tea contest. It was quite expensive to order drinks here due to fact no combo available and all must order separately we hesitated.

Side note, per my title captioned, this is a place with 200% supporting Gov't and Police. All servers and staffs wore blue uniforms with signage of I Love Police, I Love Hong Kong, etc.. All supporting posts, photographs, signage, articles, etc. surrounding all walls. Lots of energies and cheering faces in the restaurant. All guests who came here would postering themselves and or requested to take photos with owner.

All peoples are generous, polite, and very kind to each other. They respected each and everyone equal, fair, without prejudice.

You will need to wonder and ask around to find out this restaurant. My recommendarion is to add some arrows to help first time guests who wish to tryout. On the flip side while locating here guests can see around for some fresh and live seafoods and other dry foods/ snacks souvenirs.
