Lets get something lux to start our meal🤭This tartare came out a bit different to those i had previously, more 'asianly', with a big pour of seasame oil, chopped green onions and white seasame🤓New experience! The biggest difference is the size of the beef, they were in big pieces/dices, while we normally have thin slices, hence the beefy taste was extra bold, well i like it myself, not sure if most people in HK would like it or not🤔The beef were fresh and defo good meat🐄The crackers were there fo

The beef were fresh and defo good meat🐄
The crackers were there for you to eat with the yukhae tartare, but there were so much that i can have a mountain of beef in each bite of cracker🤤
Even have to eat like 10spoonfuls of pure tartare in the end🙈
I was quite happy about the portion but slightly too heavy with meat fat and oil
Luckily there were those pears to go with, giving the juice and fruity feeling
Overall: 8.5/10
