今日係DONKI買完野出黎見到有間新餐廳,門口有個光頭LOGO,好得意,原來係鼎爺開既新餐廳,見佢價錢唔貴,一於試下。原隻柑橘燒鵝髀飯 燒鵝用左鮮橙、檸檬和青檸等鮮果去醃製,味道較平時既清新,唔會太膩,肉質超軟熟,食落除左有淡淡果香之外,仲有燒鵝既香味。燻蹄海蜇撈丁 醬料用左少量麻辣油去撈,辣得來唔會好油,丁麵煮得爽口,將燻蹄海蜇切絲再融入撈麵中非常夾。豬潤燒賣 (2件) 已經冇乜地方有懷舊點心食,見到有豬潤燒賣,即刻點黎試下,豬潤爽脆,燒賣亦做得爽口。乾蒸牛肉燒賣 (3件) 乾蒸牛肉燒賣亦係少見既點心之一,牛肉燒賣彈牙,加入少量香料調味。凍薄荷檸檬蝶豆花 薄荷、檸檬、蝶豆花三種味道非常平均,唔會有任何一種味比較特出,感覺清新。凍檸樂
