Located at the top of the slope, there are some slight upslope walking and stair climbing before arriving at such a nice, cozy and woody cabin-like restaurant. Both times i've been here at the Central branch was with a group of friends to celebrate their birthdays. its very accommodative for large group dining. just make sure to reserve in advance, and they can seat you near the balcony or the window. there is also a VIP room, which has some very royal decor. though i've never dined in any
Overall, both the times I've been at the Central Balalaika for dinner was a merry experience. i'm not sure if they have live performances every evening, but should definitly go when they do have. its really quite special and unique
