I recently visited Coast for the first time for a friends birthday diinner.I was thoroughly impressed. As I had never been before, however had heard of it through many people - my expectations were certainly met. There were 4 of us and as we arrived were greeted immediately by a friendly young girl. We each had a glass of wine that arrived almost instantly (despite how busy it was) and were beautiful wines. We shared starters - the prosciutto wrapped tiger prawns, beetroot and goats cheese salad

We shared starters - the prosciutto wrapped tiger prawns, beetroot and goats cheese salad, and the coast signature mini pies. Each were delicious!! Especially the mini pies! However the mini pies did slow down our wait for our starters, but we were told they would take about 15 minutes upon ordering.
We each had separate mains - I can't remember exactly what my friends had but they were each impressed - I had the petit fillet with rosemary and garlic sauce and a side of mash potato and brocolli and beans. The fillet itself was cooked to perfection and served on a bed of snowpeas which was a lovely combination. I felt the sides were a bit under sized and there was a lot less brocolli then beans, but divine none the less!
I was very impressed with Coast overall and have been back once since for some afternoon drinks and a pizza (roasted pumpkin - delicious!!)
I would highly reccomend dinner at Coast.
