四人飯局,各自點一款小菜,再share一齊食,跟餐連白飯一碗,再加一杯飲品:鹹蛋蒸肉餅肉餅質感鮮嫩,伴以咸蛋,送飯最啱!瑤柱肉鬆蒸水蛋呢碟最清淡,水蛋夠滑,瑤柱同肉鬆都唔夠入味,似未醃過,要撈勻水蛋面啲豉油,先至有少少鹹味。蝦球花枝片西蘭花蝦球新鮮美味,口感佳,花枝片韌咗啲,西蘭花夠爽口。粟米斑塊粟米羹濃而不黏,斑塊炸得香脆可口,油少。
