多了一個新大廚,還是極少有的靚女助陣,今夜有灸燒寿司,鵝肝飯,但首要三文魚皮沙律,大熱天時,十分爽口。今夜特別有生磨わさび,味道很夏天。我還是十分喜愛牡丹蝦,以及新鮮從北海道回來的海膽A new lady chef added to the sushi bar! She has the skills to do sushi right too. I especially like the foie gras on rice, raw prawn sushi, and a salmon skin salad. Must come back for this summer again.

A new lady chef added to the sushi bar! She has the skills to do sushi right too. I especially like the foie gras on rice, raw prawn sushi, and a salmon skin salad. Must come back for this summer again.
