Dirty and bad service!

Extremely terrible service, waiter threw me the menu as I was walking in, didn’t even bother to bring it to the table. My husband found a bug in his vegetables and after notifying the staff they didn’t even seem to care. Terrible service to customers! Food is not fresh and has obviously been left standing for a long time. Won’t be back and warning to future customers it’s not clean here!
