dirty cakes

Very disappointing. We've bought cakes here before, and even though expensive, we thought they were nice. But this time, as I was walking away I noticed that the takeaway box was very dirty and dusty. I brushed some off the outside of the box, afraid that the dust and dirt would be on the cake and it was, unfortunately. We did not, and will not eat this cake.Before posting this review I contacted them, and as you can see from the photos of their replies, it's rather disappointing.
