Disappointed - Don't wast time

We went in the resturant becaue they have several shops on the same street. With the expectation mindset, we left the resturant unhappily finally with the comments as follows.1/ Bad food: the food was cold, does not taste good at all2/ Long trun around time: We waited 40 minutes to have the first dish, but the food was cold. We finished 6 dished in one and half hours.3/ Poor service quality: the waiter & waitness are rude, not helpful4/ Environment is poor: dirty, untidy & crowded
