It's a common problem with restaurants that become too successful. They care less and less about their customers and all they want is to increase business volume even more. We, as a family, have been coming to this particular Simplylife ever since it first opened, and we come almost weekly, mostly on Sunday. Today, we were told they no longer provide baby chairs (granted, we didn't ask what is the exact reason)! We asked the waiter to cut the hamburger in half so it'd be easier to share with my wife, we were told they couldn't do it because they now put an fried egg in it. We asked if they can just serve the egg on the side, again, the answer is no, we were told to cut it on our own. I supposed it isn't a big deal, really, but it does put me off from coming here again. They've decided not to be baby friendly and they're not friendly anymore, which is too bad!
