I was really excited to try this bubble tea shop since there are often long queues for it, and the last time I tried to buy a drink there they said they ran out of pearls and would take at least another 15-20 minutes to cook. I thought to myself, wow they must be popular! Anyway, I finally had the chance to try their black sugar boba with fresh milk today, and it was just alright. The first sip was really good because there was a lot of black sugar, but after the first few sips you can barely taste the black sugar. The milk itself is also not that rich, tastes slightly diluted. The pearls are just average as well, not particularly flavourful but the texture is decent and quite chewy. Overall I am disappointed, maybe their other drinks will be better.
