this is my first experience with this restaurant, but it might become my last. reason being, the noodles in my jia jyang myun was lumped together and was quite soggy when I opened my lunch box (photo attached). sure, it was a very warm day and I ordered a takeout and it did take me about 10 minutes to head back to work before I was able to start on the noodles but 10 minutes even on a warm day should not cause the noodles to lump together like that - I'm Korean so take it from me as a fact. my g

my guess is that they prepared my order with noodles that were already available, because when I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes before their ETA, my noodles were already there waiting for me to pick up.

it wasn't cheap either, so this most likely will be my last experience with them...
