To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Although it was just a packet of biscuits, it was valuable property for me. It is meaningful for me for some reasons. I feel depressed and hopeless to receive this news. More importantly, this thing only happened within a minute. Simply, I couldn't accept that. 

If it was not a packet of biscuits, would she still throw it?

And please, let your staff know. How come she could not notice my knocking? And throwing my property right after a minute of my leaving.
I am still suffering from helplessness and hopelessness at this moment because I am writing to you right after this tragedy happened. 

I would consider this tragedy for my future purchase in your branches. I appreciate your patience.
