Eel rice at SumiYa 炭家 in Gough street Central/ Sheung Wan. They are specialised in Unagi. TBH Kinda average and disappointed, I’ve had better eel rice with cheaper price. the Kabayaki Unagi set (蒲燒鰻魚 $420) - I think the Shirayaki set (白燒鰻魚) might be better- It’s not bad but I expect more from here. The eel kinda thin,普通鰻魚飯一個.Shirayaki Unagi skewer(白燒鰻魚串$110) - this is pretty good but still not even close to the best I had in HK. the steam egg & snacks come with the set Ard:$3-500 pp for dinner
