It was our first time at this restaurant and we booked 5:30pm round. We selected the buffet which add 100 hkd for premium meat and seafood. The service is far below the standard, there are a number of dishes that we ordered but never come. We ordered 5 dishes in one single order, only 2 are served. After few follow up, nothing being served. After 1 hour, the staff came to ask for last order.. this is ridiculous!! 2 hrs buffet but last order is to be made after one hour dining!! This is unaccepta

The service is far below the standard, there are a number of dishes that we ordered but never come. We ordered 5 dishes in one single order, only 2 are served. After few follow up, nothing being served. After 1 hour, the staff came to ask for last order.. this is ridiculous!! 2 hrs buffet but last order is to be made after one hour dining!! This is unacceptable. We do not know whether those dishes that ordered earlier will be served or not, we then din re-order all again as we are afraid it might be too much and we cannot finish it. We asked so many staffs to help follow up our order buy it seems nothing happen at the end. After 1.5 hrs, they try to keep pushing us to leave the restaurant so that they can clean the table for the next round at 7:30pm. It is not worth for money paying 350 hkd pp but we are only served those vegs !! Premium food even drink were missed out a lot in our order!! Only 4 staffs serving food and they are not attentive at all!! Waste money with this poor service!! I DO NOT recommend this place !!
