Prior booking was made almost one week ago for 3 person specially mentioned 2 adults and one baby, and window round table seat was requested. Sadly, the location and hot weather caused us late for half an hour. The receptionist directly offered us a square table without leaving any reason. Request was then made again to the receptionist named “Mastina” . She immediately said, due to our late arrival, table was transferred to the next customer. Request was then made again to the receptionist named “Mastina” . She immediately said, due to our late arrival, table was transferred to the next customer. We were very upsad to hear such cold reply as we were really in need of a quiet round table to take care our baby, plus, at that moment, we could still find a few empty window side tables. We were so disappointed that the staff had not offered us any next options, and we could not feel any warm service from Mango Tree.
