Disappointing dessert

I have ordered one main dish chicken breast and mentaiko chazuke, one hot black sesame latte and one matcha warabimochi parfait. The meal is fine and totally meets my satisfaction, as it is quite rare to have chazuke in Japanese cusine resturant in Hong Kong. The black sesame drink was too sweet, and the parfait was out of my expectations; with every bite I chewed, there was ice that appeared in an ice cream layer, and the parfait was really crunchy and weird. It is definitely not worth 88HKD. I
