Just back from a trip to japan I really miss the food (omurice and okonomiyaki in particular) - my friend told me she knew this restaurant in shatin we could try:

we ordered:

seafood okonomiyaki: it was tiny! (probably 15cm in diameter) nothing like the huge mealsized okonomiyaki I'm used to - taste was ok, but the sauce was weird, it tasted like ketchup, i couldn't help thinking this restaurant skimped on ingredients - not recommended

hamburger omurice with mushroom sauce: another letdown: omurice (蛋包飯) means literally: egg wrap rice, sadly the egg was placed on top of the WHITE rice. normally fried rice is used. the sauce was tasteless - now I was sure that they skimped on ingredients
- not recommended

drinks:
greentea milkshake with icecream: good enough
iced chocolate with icecream: basically I found a scoop of vanilla ice floating in the glass of water, lots of icecubes with a spoonful of cacao powder. this must be the worst drink I ever had in HK
Other Info. : Many families with kids visit this restaurant, the place is really noisy. Definitely not a place where you would go on a date.
