Disappointing

What a complete disappointment.  I could have sworn there was another tonkatsu restaurant in iSquare, but this was all i could find.  As i was hungry and craving for tonkatsu gave it a try.  The ground sesame came first and raise the expectation bar.  The iced coffee was pretty good too.  But when the food came i was immediately disappointed.  The bad:   - I asked for mustard (karashi) and wasabi and dijon came.  Huge disappointment.  I can't eat tonkatsu without it.   - I could taste the batter

What a complete disappointment.  I could have sworn there was another tonkatsu restaurant in iSquare, but this was all i could find.  As i was hungry and craving for tonkatsu gave it a try.  

The ground sesame came first and raise the expectation bar.  The iced coffee was pretty good too.  But when the food came i was immediately disappointed.  

The bad:  

 - I asked for mustard (karashi) and wasabi and dijon came.  Huge disappointment.  I can't eat tonkatsu without it.  
 - I could taste the batter on the tonkatsu.  And when i looked, i could see the dough.  
 - The miso soup tasted worse than instant miso soup.  

The good:  
 - The iced coffee

I haven't tried alot of tonkatsu restaurants in HK but if you want good tonkatsu i can recommend Ginza Bairin in Causeway Bay next to Sogo.  Its tons better than this place.
