Discovered this at Popwalk so decided to try it.There is a branch in Tst which I tried decades ago.Ordered the soba noodles with genmaicha.The tea was sweet which was weird.Then came the soba noodles which was not what I was expecting because it was chewy and al dente just like Hunan rice noodles.
