Saw a new restaurant opening on Landale street and quite keen to try it out.  Menu was pretty simple and I thought it's a good sign to focus their efforts on what they are good at.  So I ordered the signature pork cutlet curry rice as it looks great on the menu and I normally like the mild Japanese-style curry.  Unfortunately the quality fell far from expectations as the pork itself was dry and tasteless, rather disappointing.  Maybe it's down to teething problems as it is newly opened, but I wonder if they cannot capture the clients in the first few weeks when the curiosity level is high, how are they going to survive?  I, for one, will think three times before I go back to give them another try.
