Disappointing Experience

Went there for afternoon tea today (2pm) . The place was not crowded when I placed my order for an Angus Sirloin Steak. Within 5 mins they served the salad so I thought they were quite efficient. However, the main course never arrived, even after 45 mins and having chased them up twice politely. The staff acknowledged my request but didn't seem anxious to get my dish out quickly.My friend had finished his dish and mine didn't come until another 10 mins. Guess what? Guess what? They got me the wrong dish!
It was a beef dish, but definitely not what I ordered. I had ran out of time and patience. I was turned off by the whole experience and I lost my appetite.
I couldn't really rate the good cos it was never served!
I will never go there again.
