Granted we were at what was essentially a poolside bar but I still had certain expectations considering we were at the Grand Hyatt, a 5 star hotel.We ordered two cocktails and truffle fries to share. My friend’s Mango Mania was served lukewarm and tasted very amateur. Like something my boyfriend and I would make at home during our cocktail nights. Reminded me of one of our less successful experiments. The drink also had a strange metallic aftertaste.
