Disappointing service, average food

A local referred to this place as one of the best korean places in hk. Food was average - beef were still frizen solid for the bbq, side dish were ok, and we ordered hae dup bup which was supposed to include a bowl of rice but none showed up. We thought they made it into a salad variation but then the bill was clear that rice was included. So we asked for that to be taken care of. 10 HKD discounted with mutters from the restaurant manager. The service was terrible. We had to ask 3 different wait

Definitely on our black list now.
