As a fairly new resident who moved to the hood 4 months ago, I had been looking forward to trying HSG for some time. I ordered their Flame Grilled Beef Striploin (requested medium rare). The steak was overcooked and extremely tough it was embarrassingly difficult to cut 😤. It’s like it had been left on the grill for far too long, resulting in a dry and chewy texture. The flavor was also lacking, likely due to the poor cooking method.
