i made a birthday cake order 1 month in advance with photo sent to the shop. i was told they can do it. i worried the difficulty on the ribbon and told them no need ribbon. the after product came out 1 inch smaller with this look. they refunded me HKD100 for making it 1nch smaller. wasn't informed in advance they cannot do it nor they are going to change the design. whats more ridiculous, my friend (non baker) felt bad for me and made the cake for me in one day with the ribbon.
