I had visited this place for takeaway for three times, and I was let down every time. I had visited this place for takeaway for three times, and I was let down every time.

Their time management was quite poor and the female who was in charge of the counter always sets wrong expectations. When she says waiting time is 20-25 minutes, they do mean doubling up the waiting time, and yet they do not really care about it. 

For the first time, I had waited 35-40 minutes for my takeaway and then we found out that some sushi ordered was missing from our plate. Even when we called back and requested for our sushi, the female in charge did not even apologise and was quite bad-mannered I would say. 

Particularly for the last time I visited, I was again told to wait for 20-25 minutes. After 30 so minutes of waiting, the female in charge told me to wait for 3-4 minutes more. When she then found out that she had missed the order and lost her own record, she took my receipt away. Even upon enquiry whether she had missed the order, she tried to cover it up without any intention to apologise or improve. 

Really dissappointing. I would not visit this place again.
